As the first and only UX designer at AlliantGroup, I built the company’s design foundation from scratch—introducing a design system, unifying digital touchpoints, and leading end-to-end product design across enterprise tools, dashboards, and automation platforms.

Problem I Was Brought In to Solve:

AlliantGroup lacked a structured UX practice—no design systems, inconsistent UIs, and fragmented user experiences across internal tools and client solutions. My role was to bring clarity, consistency, and user-centricity to complex products used by CPAs, analysts, and industry clients.
